The standard deposit is $1,000 and is refundable pending there is no damage to the unit upon move-out, or unpaid rent.

Yes, each unit comes with its own washer and dryer. You can view a full list of townhome features here.

Utilities, Internet & Technology
Electric and water are individually metered by the utility company. Electric is managed by Dominion Energy, and Water is managed by Charleston Water System.
High speed internet is already wired in the home through Home Telecom.
Cable and streaming is not included but can be added on by the individual through Home Telecom.
Yes, each unit is outfitted with Google nest thermostats on each floor, and tenants can set their own pin code on the front door locks.

Parking is included and free throughout the community.
EV charges can be installed in the tenant’s garage at an additional cost.
Packages are delivered directly to the tenant's front door.
The amenities within the Fenland Community are exclusive to Fenland residents. Marshside amenities are shared with their tenants.

A non-refundable pet fee of $300 is due prior to move-in, then it is $35 per month for pet rent.

Daniel Island is a very walkable and bike-friendly community, and includes 25+ miles of trails across the island, which connect directly to Nowell Creek Village.
Maintenance & Management
The property does have a 24/7 maintenance response line, although arrival times may vary.
Our maintenance team has a standard response time under 24 hours with resolution depending on the nature of the work order.
Yes, our management team is stationed onsite. The property is managed through East West Hospitality.
Policies & Rules
The community follows the quiet hours set by the Daniel Island Town Association of 10pm to 5am.
Guests are allowed for an indefinite period of time so long as they follow community guidelines and do not “inhabit” the dwelling unless added to the lease agreement.
Fenland is a non-smoking community.
Application & Approval Process
The online application process requires proof of identification and income to apply.
We require gross monthly income to exceed or be equal to 2 months of base rent. We use an RV score which is more comprehensive than a credit score and factors in credit score, outstanding debt, and outstanding payments. The RV score must exceed 55 for a full pass.

Yes, leases can be terminated with a 60-day notice and a lease break fee equal to 1.5x base rent.
